What is your refund policy
Due to the custom nature of the products we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. If one of the products we manufacture is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it (at no additional charge to you). We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. Signature does not issue refunds, give credits or offer discounts.

Signature patches was easy to work with and were helpful in assisting with the proof process and color selection. They also had the best pricing for PVC patches that I've found to date. I'm very happy with the final product and will definitely be using them in the future!

Fantastic patches and support, couldn't be happier! The PVC quality is great and will hold up well. My squadron is in Japan and they securely shipped everything very expeditiously. As they say in the Navy, Bravo Zulu!
